Delivery Policy – We aim to ship orders the same day. Next Day Shipping options are avaible for orders placed before 1pm. Orders are only picked, reserved or shipped when payment for goods and shipping is received in full. The shipping charge of orders placed depends on the product type, weight of the total order and your desired delivery address.

Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your RECORDED DELIVERY parcel, if there is no person to receive or sign for the parcel the driver will leave a card for the customer to contact them to re-arrange delivery or collect from a local Post Office or sorting office. Royal Mail will only hold the parcel for 7 days. Royal Mail will return the parcel to sender after 7 days if it is not collected. If the parcel is return to Hakimpur and the customer requires the parcel to be re-sent, an additioanl charge for re-sending will be applied.
